SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SweetHearth Designs! Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
CARRIERS
We ship using a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. The carrier and shipping method will be determined at the time of fulfillment to ensure the most efficient delivery.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives within 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING DESTINATION
At this time, SweetHearth Designs ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
ORDER ISSUES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sweethearthdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your delivery area first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@sweethearthdesigns.com and we will do our best to help, though SweetHearth Designs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SweetHearth Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation at checkout if available.
P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take additional time.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us at support@sweethearthdesigns.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has shipped we are unable to modify the delivery address.
